New Modes of Transportation
Jul 02, 2025

Year seven of the RISE FFA Career Program began with the exchanging of keys. During the month of June, Sunrise Cooperative provided both the 2025-2026 Ohio FFA State President Carter Boyd and 2025 RISE FFA Career Program New Hire Cooper Zunis from the Western Reserve FFA Chapter, with new modes of transportation.
Sunrise is pleased to provide a 2025 Chevy Colorado for Carter to drive during his year of service as the Ohio FFA State President while supporting the nearly 30,000 Ohio FFA members across the state.
Secondly, Cooper was chosen as the top recipient of the 2025 RISE FFA Career Program new hires and has received a 2024 Jeep Gladiator as a signing bonus. The Gladiator was driven last year by Ohio FFA State President Anna Moeller.
The RISE FFA Career Program was developed in 2019 and serves two purposes: provide an avenue to reach the future leaders of agriculture, while supporting the Ohio FFA Association State President during their term in office.
This year, Sunrise officially hired 13 graduates as full-time employees following their graduation. Joining the Sunrise Team in June was Caleb Tener from Greenon FFA, Cooper Zunis from Western Reserve FFA, Diton Farnsworth, Savannah Morrison, Landon Koch and Landon Gamble from South Central FFA, Drake Copeland of Waynesfield-Goshen FFA, Josie Stiner from Miami Valley CTC FFA, Matthias Yelton of Sidney FFA, Willow Funk from Hillsdale FFA, Steven Opaliski from Firelands FFA, Sophia Sharp of Upper Valley CTC FFA and Zee Baker from Sentinel CTC FFA.
